Apart from carrying out our own in-house tests on prototypes and products, the laboratories are a resource made readily available to our customers to check the performance and reliability of each product.

The laboratories are able to carry out the following tests:

• Dimensional checks, using electronic measurement systems
• Hardness checks
• Roughness checks
• electroplating checks mechanical traction, compression, bending and torsion tests, which can be combined with thermal cycling
• stress tests electrical and insulation tests
• Saline stress-ageing tests
